A fruit driven wine with fresh flavours of raspberry, cloves and toasty oak. The tannin structure is fine with beautiful balance and an inviting savoury finish. Drinking beautifully now, this wine can be enjoyed young or will mature into a more complex wine over the next 5 years.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tFruit for this wine was sourced from a number of specifically chosen low cropping vineyards from the Southern valleys in  Marlborough.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe wine was hand plunged frequently throughout ferment then gently pressed off skins.
