This is a perfect location, with hot sunny days to fully ripen the grapes. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are destemmed and divided into two parcels. A small part passes the process of thermovinification and maceration which enhances the aromatic profile of the Syrah.
