A concentrated core of lemon citrus flavour is matched with red apple, pear and creamy, rich notes. The palate is dry but weighty with ripe fruit characters, wonderful balance and a fleshy roundness. The finish is long with a lovely balance of citrus acidity. Enjoy now or for the next three or so years.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe grapes for this wine were grown on the Barnsley vineyard in the Waihopai Valley. Meticulous viticulture with a particular focus on low yields, good fruit exposure and low disease pressure meant we could pick the grapes with excellent flavour and in pristine condition.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tPicked at perfect ripeness with the ideal balance of sugar and acidity, the grapes were packed with flavour.
