Subtle grapefruit and green capsicum notes with hints of orange peel, the palate is full and long with generous tropical fruit flavours and gentle herby minerality. A lovely, easy drinking wine from a high quality vintage.
2021 Harvest was another high quality but tough vintage for the Nelson region. Starting with a cool spring and late, dry summer volumes were down overall by 35%. On the upside, the quality of fruit is superb, perfect for making sensational wine.
Fermented and matured in 100% stainless steel.
Food Pairing: A delicious, crisp, refreshing wine. Served chilled with seafood, seasonal asparagus or fresh oysters.
