Sourced exclusively from our estate and with a commitment to sustainable viticulture, we craft wines of precision with unique character, complexity and elegance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2025 vintage saw a return to normal yield levels with fruit showing exceptional quality and concentration. With careful canopy management and a longer growing season we were able to harvest perfectly ripe grapes showcasing intense flavors and naturally balanced acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHand-picked and fermented separately in 4-tonne open-top stainless steel tanks, 80% of the fruit was destemmed, with 20% added as whole bunches. After a 3-day cold soak, natural fermentation began, peaking at 30°C over 10 days. Following 6 days on skins, the wine was pressed into a mix of 30% new French oak and seasoned barrels.
