The fine weather was a welcome change after some challenging seasons. The hot and dry summer resulted in outstanding quality grapes at harvest, which was at the beginning of March.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were processed with minimal pressing on skins to give just a touch of colour.
