Good soil and canopy management, cold nights during ripening, and a warm and dry summer kept all the concentrated flavours in the grapes which you can now taste in the wine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes were selectively harvested and brought straight into the winery.
