A delicate cherry blossom colour with charming red fruit aromatics lifting effusively from the glass. Concentrated, with a splash of delicate yet almost creamy berry fruit, the wine flows with youthful vibrancy towards its gently mineral, pleasingly dry finish.

A very high-quality vintage, in spite of a severe October frost. Warm spring and summer conditions gave even bunch weights and moderate yields. Benevolent conditions continued through until picking, with sufficient rainfall to keep vines healthy. The fruit arrived in beautiful condition.

Handpicked fruit is destemmed, given 12-24 hours skin contact, then drained and pressed. A long cool, stainless fermentation follows; after which the wine was clarified and stabilised.
