Yields were down, but fruit quality was excellent, with concentrated flavours and natural acidity. Red wines show richness and depth, while whites maintain freshness and balance.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFully de-stemmed before fermentation in a mix of open and closed tanks.
