Beautifully weighted with fine tannins and a long red fruit finish. This wine is drinking well now but will cellar for at least another 5 years.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThis wine is from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Kuranui vineyard in the Awatere Valley sub-region of Marlborough.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe grapes for this wine were harvested and transported to the winery. The fruit was pressed into stainless steel fermentation vessels and inoculated with a range of yeast strains but principally M2. Following fermentation, the wine was inoculated for Malolactic fermentation and run off to barrel for maturation.
