The palate is off dry, with gentle acidity and a long, delicious lychee finish. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for this wine came entirely from our Campbell’s Brook vineyard in Hawke’s Bay. The grapes for this wine were machine harvested and transported to our Riverview winery, where they were pressed to stainless steel for fermentation with a specific Alsace-style yeast. An off-dry style was achieved by stopping the fermentation with a little sugar remaining. No oak ageing or malolactic fermentation was employed for this wine. The wine was transported to our Katikati winery where finishing was carried out.
