Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSouth Australian regions experienced a very dry growing season for the 2024 vintage. Frost, the lack of rain and poor weather during flowering has resulted in lower yields, however, the dry and consistent weather during picking resulted in a vintage of high-quality fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSourced from a selection of mature, dry-grown vineyards in Langhorne Creek managed by Jim Zerella. The fruit is partially hand-harvested before de-stemming and cool fermentation in small two tonne open fermenters with regular hand plunging. A small component of the blend is cool distilled whilst another undergoes ultra-membrane filtration. With very gentle handling, these components are masterfully blending back into the original parcel of wine to arrive at a well-integrated, lighter finished ABV.
