Frost, the lack of rain and poor weather during flowering has resulted in lower yields, however, the dry and consistent weather during picking resulted in a vintage of high-quality fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePicked in the cool of the morning to maintain freshness and vitality. Fermented solely in stainless steel with a short time on lees contact for additional subtle nuance and texture whilst maintaining the ultra-important flavour and freshness.
