The wine was predominantly fermented in stainless steel to ensure the floral and stonefruit characters remain expressive, while a portion is fermented and aged in oak to add complexity. 13% of the fruit was hand harvested, with individual parcels fermented separately in a combination of stainless steel tanks, French and Austrian oak.
