Harvest took place from the 3rd week of September.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTraditional winemaking of both seperated varieties, fermented at 28ºC under termperature control. A maceration during 2 weeks is carried out. Once obtained the desired objectives, it is drawn off and pressed. Afterwards both varietes are blended.
