The site features loess over limestone soils and established vines producing expressive fruit. The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness, capturing balance and natural acidity. This barrel-fermented Chardonnay was matured in a carefully selected mix of American and European oak barrels, approximately 20% new, building complexity, texture, and subtle spice. The wine spent around 10 months in barrel, enhancing integration and depth. Fermentation and maturation in oak were used to build structure while preserving fruit purity.
