The finish leaves a pleasant memory of lightly toasted notes.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\t100% Tempranillo from controlled old vineyards in Manchuela (Castilla).\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tFERMENTATION: Selected yeast (Saccharomyces bayanus). Fermentation temperature controlled between 28 and\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t30 ºC.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tMACERATION: 8 days of maceration during fermentation with 2 daily pump-over’s. Post fermentative maceration for\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t6 days.
