It has a silky texture with a medium to long smooth finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur agaves are 100% Blue Weber from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our unique flavour is the result of a painstakingly slow process. Our agave piñas are roasted in a process that includes traditional brick ovens.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTry with a spicy pineapple cilantro margarita.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWet 1\/2 rim of glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker, then muddle serrano\/cilantro. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rimmed rocks glass.
