At Carrick we have a small parcel of 0.4ha which was planted in 2015.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur Pinot Blanc is hand-picked then brought to the winery where we crush the fruit to extract flavour from the skin, before it's pressed.
