Description

There's been a lot of buzz on cheesecake recipes made with Gin so we made a Gin out of Cheese Cakes instead. On the nose, you'd be able to smell a distinct cake batter aroma and on palate, Juniper takes the lead, before the smooth finish of cream sets in.

There are endless types of spirits out there, but we like to pioneer under the "unique" and different category. Carbon Six like to be different. All of their products are distilled and produced locally right in the heart of Takapuna, Auckland and their Takapuna Gin Collection, Ozero Vodka Collection and Bay Rum Collection is comprised of various fruits & botanicals working in symphony.
