Temperatures remained mild until mid February which allowed our vines to ripen the grapes slowly and evenly producing wines of outstanding varietal characters and drinkability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFermentation was carried out in a combination of static and rotary fermenters under warm temperature conditions for six to seven days.
