Quality was said to be exceptional across every variety, with reds showing great density of colour and flavour and whites pristine aromatics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fruit is partially hand-harvested before de-stemming and cool fermentation in small two tonne open fermenters with regular hand plunging.
