The varietal breakdown is Cabernet Sauvignon 53%, Shiraz 38% and Merlot 9%. A warm to hot vintage across all regions in 2020 producing mouth filling, juicy reds.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA combination of static and rotary fermenters used, after 2-3 day cold soak prior to ferment.
