Harvested early to mid-March 2023.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhole bunch pressed and filled to French oak barrels. Approximately 13% were new, 20% were second fill, the remainder were seasoned. Fermented with a mix of indigenous and cultured yeast. Approximately 40% of the blend underwent Malolactic fermentation. The wine was left in barrel on full yeast lees for 11 months before blending and bottling.
