A very sunny growing season has provided low disease pressure with grapes in perfect health, giving excellent ripeness, concentration and texture to the juice.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBridge Pa fruit was harvested and pressed quickly with minimal winemaking intervention to preserve fruit flavour. Once clear juice is racked off, a combination of selected and wild yeast is used for fermentation. Toasty oak and stone fruit aromas are complimented by caramel cream flavours from full malolactic fermentation.
