After this period of steeping, the infusion is added to a clean neutral dry white wine which is blended with other, secret, components before bottling. Stone’s Original Green Ginger is a rich golden brown colour with a powerful pungent ginger aroma. This spicy character follows on the palate where its zest is quite noticeable, but moderated by a softening sweetness. The aftertaste is fairly warming and this sensation contributes a certain glow to the palate.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tProduced in England since 1740, Stone’s Original Green Ginger Wine has been made in Australia to the same ancient formula by Angove’s Pty.
