A hot summer brought Vintage on in a hurry kicking off on 21st of January. With crops slightly below average and no disease quality is above average.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\t3 Italian varieties planted by the De Bortoli family, were harvested together on the same day and into the same tank. Blend of Pinot Grigio, Arneis and Vermentino. The fruit of these 3 varieties were pressed together and the juice was allowed to settle for 1 day before racking to fermentation.
