The vineyard soil is wind-blown clay loess over limestone, so they were particularly keen to see how these varieties performed.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\t2018 was their first vintage from Rays Road and they were excited by the potential they saw with the Pinot Noir.
