The nose is fresh, with floral notes of linden, citrus nuances, white peach and green pepper. The mouth is tight and crisp, fresh and vertical, sapid, refined and with a lingering, very enjoyable finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tA blend of Chardonnay 80%, pinot nero 10%, pinot bianco 10% grown in the Franciacorta region.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tThe grapes were soft pressed and cold settled befor ebeign inoculated with selected yeast. The wine fremented for 20 days in stainless steel with partial malolactic fermentation occuring.
