A crimson colour mixed with a charming nose and aromas of stone fruits and spices for a well-rounded palate and an elegant and spicy persistence.

This blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre was harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified separately to preserve their own characteristics. The vatting lasts 3 to 4 weeks depending on the variety. The wine is then racked off and undergoes malolactic fermentation before blending. The wine is aged in vats for 6 months before bottling.
