Description

"It is beautifully perfumed on the nose showing mango, lychee, Turkish Delight and potpourri characters, followed by a succulent palate that is rounded and silky. The wine shows both fruit richness and elegant maturity, making it a delight wine to drink. At its best: now to 2018." Sam Kim Wine Orbit, Feb 2017

This Mystery Gewurztraminer is full bodied, off-dry wine which offers a bountiful fragrance of lychees, rose petals, peaches and hints of ginger. Leads to a long lingering finish.

Coming from vines almost 40 years old this Mystery wine was fermented in stainless steel resulting in 9g residual sugar.

Food Pairing: Middle Eastern & Moroccan cuisine that utilise nuts and dried fruits alongside roasted meats are truly fabulous pairings with this wine's potpourri characters.
