"Delicate, succulent pinot gris with gentle ripe pear and white peach flavours. A hint of sweetness is perfectly balanced with fruity acidity. The wine has appealing purity and an ethereal texture" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, real Review, May 2018

The colour hits the drinker first, a vibrant rose gold colour that gives away the skin contact factor. Pinot Gris is a variety that can have both white and red grapes in a bunch, giving this wine some skin contact makes the brilliant colour. Fortunately this also helps with aromas and delivers lifted honey-suckle, dew drop melons and a light vanilla marshmallow, like a summer stone fruit cocktail from the pool bar in most Fiji resorts. Said maceration also carries onto the palate, that while delicate and ripe peachy, with a hint of Nashi, it also has a zingy spice like Auntie May’s sweet fruit cobbler but a mouthfeel and weight to balance it all out leaving your mouth just salivating enough to want more.
