The fruit for this wine is a blend of two different grape varieties, Malbec and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes have been carefully selected from a number of quality vineyard sites capable of reaching optimum flavor intensity.  The delicate colour was extracted by having the grapes spend just a few hours on their skins. Fermentation occurred in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness.

Beautiful dusky pink in colour this refreshing rose has a luscious and bright palate displaying ripe fruit flavours of strawberries, passionfruit and hints of cranberry with subtle floral notes. Perfect for drinking now this wine will be at its best over the next two years.
