An elegant wine bursting with flavours of grapefruit and mandarin with a delicate honeysuckle note. Made in Germanic style, the natural residual sugar is balanced by firm acidity creating an off-dry impression. This is a great Riesling to cellar for up to five years from vintage date (if you are patient enough), otherwise excellent drinking now. Resdiual sugar: 53.6, yet still considered off dry.

Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own as an alternative to sparkling wines or with seafood of other delicately flavoured foods.
