This luscious, refreshing, off-dry wine is bright and clear with a pale golden hue. The bouquet had lifted aromas of melon and pear. The palate is layered with white peach and citrus flavours and finishes with a great length and richness of flavour.

The grapes were whole bunched pressed to tank and held cold for 24 hours before being racked and warmed to allow fermentation to begin. The wine was inoculated with yeast selected to enhance aromatics. The wine was fermented cool to build flavour and fermentation allowed to continue until the balance of the wine was where it was desired and was then stopped.
