Amazingly intense nose of grapefruit and snowpea with a hint of flint. The palate is vibrant and crisp with green apple, pink grapefruit and zesty citrus flavours. Beautifully balanced with bright acidity and a lingering, juicy finish. Made from fruit harvested from a selection of Marlborough vineyards and cool fermented in stainless steel to retain those fresh Marlborough flavours and zing.
Food Pairing: Well matched with Chicken Tikka Masala or fresh seafood with a fresh salad.
