Description

"The wine is gently fragrant on the nose showing baked strawberry, stone fruit, citrus and jasmine characters, leading to a vibrant palate that is elegantly weighted and finely textured. The wine offers juicy fruit flavours backed by refreshing acidity. Very easy going with a delicate dry finish. At its best: now to end of 2018" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2017

Salmon-pink and brilliant in the glass with an elegant and aromatic nose, with floral and fruity (cherry) notes. The palate is round, fresh and aromatic on the palate, with an intense and very fruity aftertaste.

This blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Tempranillo, Bobal was harvested from France & Spain, growing in schist, chalk and clay under the warm Mediterranean sunshine. These grapes came in low yields, having been hand tendered with careful selection and minimal interference in the natural ripening process.

Food Pairing: A fantastic table wine! Perfect with fresh summer cuisine such as mixed crunchy exciting salads, or alfresco dining favourites such as BBQ pork or grilled chicken.

We like this Rose and it has a hint of an aromatic that I am having difficulty explaining but could be close to vanilla but not sweet. Nice.
