Salmon-pink and brilliant in the glass with an elegant and aromatic nose, with floral and fruity (cherry) notes. The palate is round, fresh and aromatic on the palate, with an intense and very fruity aftertaste.
This blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Tempranillo, Bobal was harvested from France & Spain, growing in schist, chalk and clay under the warm Mediterranean sunshine. These grapes came in low yields, having been hand tendered with careful selection and minimal interference in the natural ripening process.
