Description
Very light salmon pink color. Fresh expressive red fruit such as juicy, ripe strawberries and blossoms. On the palate it is soft, silky and fruit driven with a refreshing acidity and an intense fruity finish.
The fruit for these wines are loud and dominating….one could say the personality of these Spanish wines are similar to Spanish people themselves- loud, expressive and always ready for a good time. The grapes were manually harvested from old bush vines in the early morning. Grapes were de-stemmed, crushed, put into 30.000L stainless steel tanks and the free run juice was immediately drained off the skins. Fermentation at 14-16ºC during 20 days in stainless steel
