A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grape varieties which were selected from vineyards sites capable of reaching optimum flavour intensity.
With delicious aromas of strawberry and ripe blackcurrant  the palate displays flavours of passionfruit, pomegranate and subtle nuances of raspberry leaf. Perfectly balanced with fine acidity and great persistence.

Grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the night in order to retain fresh fruit flavours. They then spent just a few hours on skins to extract the delicate amount of light strawberry colour seen in the bottle, then carefully pressed.  After settling the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness. This wine is perfect for drinking now or best consumed within the next two years.

Food Pairing: Ideal served chilled on a warm summer’s day with grilled fish and a fresh summer salad.
