Kim Crawford is one of New Zealand’s most exciting and innovative wine producers. Kim Crawford Wines started out in a small Auckland cottage
in New Zealand. Since its launch in 1996, the label has gained critical acclaim around the globe. We do things unconventionally, take risks, start things,
and welcome different.
The grapes were harvested, crushed, and gently pressed with minimal skin contact. The clarified juice was then cool fermented to optimise varietal expression, flavour, and intensity. There was no wood contact. We used
a number of yeasts to ensure that we profiled the fruit and kept the fresh acidity.
Food Pairing: An ideal wine by itself or paired with antipasto, fresh seafood, or Southeast Asian cuisine.
