Bursting with vibrant strawberry and red cherry aromas that leap from the glass. The palate is beautifully balanced, combining concentrated fruit weight with fine mineral acidity and an off dry finish.
A fine settled growing season produced wonderfully concentrated and expressive fruit. The near perfect weather conditions ensured harvest began in the last week of March and was completed by mid April.
Made from a blend of Pinot Gris and Merlot, the grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the morning. The berries were gently pressed to extract colour, with the juice fermented in stainless steel vats to retain vibrancy and freshness.
