Pretty pale pink with brilliant gleams. The nose is floral, fragrant with rose, peach and apricot blossom and a few touches of citrus. Charming, well balanced, smooth and lively all at once. Delicious notes of citrus fruit and a touch of menthol on the finish. A well-structured rosé which can be enjoyed in its youth, but which will also continue to age elegantly for another two to three years.

This year's hottest rosé ticket has arrived! Sublime, pale pink, old vine Grenache Syrah from the sun kissed vineyards of the Cotes du Roussillon.  Pale coloured with lovely depth of berry fruit, then harvested early to gain the zippy freshness. It's an aromatic pink with vibrant strawberry and grenadine flavours and a hint of pepper. Serve chilled with prawns, pan-seared salmon or a chicken and seafood paella.
