Intense violet colors in the glass. Red ripe fruits such as plum, berries and raspberries. Elegant and good volume, firm tannins and long finish.

Grapes (70 % Shiraz – 30 % Cabernet Sauvignon) were hand picked. Shiraz was picked during the second and Cabernet Sauvignon the fourth week of March. Classic vinification then took place in stainless steel tanks, fermentation with selected yeast. Maceration on skin for 10 days.
