Description
Fruit was sourced from a several vineyards within different sub-regions throughout Marlborough including the classic Rapaura area, lower Wairau and Bancott Valley. This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of passionfruit, white peach and grapefruit which combines with refreshing herbal and mineral notes. The complexity carries through to the palate where flavours of passion fruit, blackcurrant and and green capsicum bounce off the tongue. The acidity provides balance and length supporting a clean and fresh finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy on its own as an aperitif. Alternatively match with seafood or chicken served with grilled vegetables or fresh salad.
