"A gorgeous rosé for sauvignon fans, the inviting bouquet shows rockmelon, passionfruit, lime zest and a hint of watermelon notes. The palate is mouth-wateringly tasty, delivering vibrant fruit flavours with fine texture and juicy acidity, finishing long and lively. Brilliantly priced. At its best: now to 2019" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2017

A delightful, refreshing Rose made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Malbec grapes. This wine has a lifted nose showing aromas of peach, rockmelon, and fresh raspberry with refreshing citrus characteristics. The palate is juicy and flavoursome and displays attractive fruit intensity and vibrancy.

Ideally served chilled on a hot summers day as an aperitif or with fresh fish and a green salad. Perfect for drinking now, This Rose will continue to drink well over the next 2-3 years.

Excellent value for a very drinkable everyday wine.

Excellent value.

I enjoy this Sav more than most white Savs as it is quite dry with good acid and then a nice apple pip finish. Great value wine with appeal.

This is really interesting and delightful. A blush sauvignon blanc lacking some of the petrol heavy characteristics of syrah or pinot based Rose`.

A little reminiscent of the lovely off-dry Te Mata Rosé from back in the early 2000's - perfect with a light lunch but equally lovely on its own as it is very refreshing.

Graham - member since Mar 2010

Not as good as last years batch

Alan - member since May 2009

A little disappointing, but price Ok

Peter - member since Feb 2008

It's perfectly drinkable. However Pink Sauvignon rather than Sauvingnon Rose is probably a more accurate description. Not a lot of Rose aye.
