Aromas include an array of berry fruit, whic are backed up by red apple and hints of rosehip. The berry fruit flavours continue on the palate eitj strawberry and cream to fore. A refreshing undercurrent of raspberry acidity completes the palate finishing with a long raspberry note.

The whimsical brainchild of Beatrix Ham, and is a personal passion project using grapes selected from the family estate. Made from Merlot grapes grown in a single densleu planted block of Aplha Domus's vineyard. This block was established in 1993 and is uniquely suited to producing excellent rose wines. The grapes were specifically harvested early at optimal ripeness for sparkling wine and specifically chosen to make this wine ensuring light colour, berry fruit aromas and above all freshness on the palate. Additonally, only free run and light press juice was used ensuring a perfect balance of freshness and weight. The crown cap that seals this sparkling rose will protect the freshness and effervescence of the wine for several years. Maturation will be very slow and over time will reveal more complexity.
