Crisp rosé is one of the most versatile wines in the world - great solo and with all sorts of food. And when they are crafted by a winemaker passionate about quality and taste as good as this - mineral and berry fresh - they are truly irresistible.
Pretty pale pink with brilliant gleams. The nose is floral, fragrant with rose, peach and apricot blossom and a few touches of citrus. Charming, well balanced, smooth and lively all at once. Delicious notes of citrus fruit and a touch of menthol on the finish. A well-structured rosé which can be enjoyed in its youth, but which will also continue to age elegantly for another two to three years.
The Villa Blanche wines are a careful blend of different characters obtained from the same grape variety. We gather the grapes at various stages of maturity from different plots and we vinify these in a way that ensures we obtain different varietal profiles. Some batches of wine may be fresh and fine, others very fruity or oaky. From these we carefully craft an original, harmonious and special blend.
