A delicious well-structured full Rose made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The wine is fruit driven with flavours of strawberries, raspberries and juicy watermelon on the palate. Well balanced acidity leads to a refreshing and clean finish. The grapes spent only a few hours on skins to extract the delicate flavor, aroma and colour and then carefully pressed. Perfect for drinking immediately this Rose will continue to deliver over the next 3 years.
