If you're fond of silky reds with lots of easy berry character, then Val Conde Crianza is a 'must have'. Like a young Rioja in style. Superb wood-aged Reserva. Deep dark red in colour with intense aroma with hints of ripe fruit (plums, dark cherries) and fine hints of vanilla. Elegant and full of flavour with hints of cherry, strawberry and vanilla. Pleasant long finish is well balanced.

The wine is great . However the bottom of the cardboard boxes were both soaking wet & dirty . When I asked the courier driver why he said that this was how he received them . I am unsure how the package remained whole as it fell apart as I started to unpack .
