A terrific example of classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc displaying fresh stonefruit, blackcurrant bud, freshly cut capsicum and citrus blossom aromas. Luscious and gently textured with flavours of fresh stonefruit, citrus and gooseberry with an elegant mineral note. The palate is intensely concentrated, rich and lively with a fresh crisp finish. Grapes for this wine were carefully harvested when they reached their optimum ripeness. They were pressed off their skins quickly with minimum contact so as to preserve fresh flavours. At its best over the next two years but it will be hard to resist drinking this delicious drop immediately.
